There is a reason that is called a "hunting license". If you are looking for, you need a license. The license is the permission to do so. Simple as that. I do not know the laws of your state, but I guess you need a hunting license no period. Wisconsin has assumed some stricter gun laws on their books, so it is fair to assume that a license is required for hunting. Hunter safety is better to take anyway.
