Needs because of poverty, however, and racist, and I think most of them turn to crime for money quickly, knowing there will never be accepted in society (and leaves honest, there is a long way to go ), but they are also good people. Everyone needs to understand the problem, will not be ignored and thus disappear. You have to find look at the anthropology of cultures and a way to integrate people.
It is a question of education, tolerance and integration, always, always.
